Cusco is a high performance Japanese suspension tuner that offers a Strut Tower Bar for a wide variety of Japanese vehicles. Just as other strut tower bars, it will reinforce the structural integrity of the vehicle%u2019s chassis. This reinforcement will prevent chassis flexing under severe stress from hard cornering. By reducing chassis flexing, we are able to divert the cornering force to the springs and shocks, not the chassis. Now the springs and shocks can do their jobs more effectively and efficiently. Cusco bars utilizes a tubular center bar with powder coated blue bases which are adjustable. Installation is quite easy with the adjustable ends.
Performance driving subjects the vehicle chassis to extreme forces. To handle these forces, the R&D Department designed the front upper strut bar to work in combination with the factory suspension. Addition of suspension upgrades such as springs, shocks, and high performance tires adds additional stress to the chassis which results in chassis flex. GREX strut tower braces imporve chassis rigidity and reduce chassis flex. By using a monocoque aluminum tube shaft, high strenght and rigidity is obtained without unnecessary weight gain. The brace length can be adjusted from both sides which simpliefies installation.

Some VW applications may require drilling four holes by marking the self-aligned Strut Tie-Bar and installing special aircraft threaded Nutserts with the tool provided. Each Nutsert withstands over 800-lbs pull and provides the greatest strength to tie in the front body panels.
