DC Sports Upper Strut Tower Bar -Rear, Honda Del-Sol	The perfect addition to DC Sports Front Strut Tower Bar. The Rear Upper Strut Tower bar performs the same function as the front bar, it ties the rear suspension towers together, firming up the rear of the chassis. Constructed from CNC machined 6061 Billet Aluminum.



DC Sports Strut Tower Bar -Front Carbon Steel, Honda Del-Sol	Performance driving subjects the vehicle chassis to extreme forces. To handle these forces, the R&D Department designed the front upper strut bar to work in combination with the factory suspension. The strut tower bar strengthens the chassis by joining the two shock towers together. This helps to eliminate flex created by performance driving while improving the cars feel and handling

Addition of suspension upgrades such as springs, shocks, and high performance tires adds additional stress to the chassis which results in chassis flex. GREX strut tower braces imporve chassis rigidity and reduce chassis flex. By using a monocoque aluminum tube shaft, high strenght and rigidity is obtained without unnecessary weight gain. The brace length can be adjusted from both sides which simpliefies installation.

The NEUSPEED Upper Front Strut Tie-Bar is a must for all cars from street to all-out competition. The NEUSPEED bar takes the roll and twist out of the sheet-metal frame an inherently weak spot. Unlike hinged, single-bolt designs which flex and pivot, the NEUSPEED bars solid mounting is very rigid, making steering quicker and more responsive to your touch. You will feel the difference in handling! This bar is especially important if you change to larger tires. Our lightweight twin-tube design easily bolts to the strut towers, a strong point on each side of the body, to provide maximum performance with the greatest strength. All NEUSPEED bars are made from heavy-wall, 3/4-inch and 7/8-inch diameter steel tubing (98 Accord, 95-99 Eclipse, Golf IV and Jetta IV use 1 inch tubing) aircraft heliarc welded to 1/4-inch steel mounting plates, and feature a wet-look gloss black powder-coat finish. NEUSPEED now offers polished upper strut tie-bars. These new bars are chrome plated to a mirror finish. NEUSPEED bars install in minutes on most applications by bolting to the factory strut/tower retaining studs or bolts. Some VW applications may require drilling four holes by marking the self-aligned Strut Tie-Bar and installing special aircraft threaded Nutserts with the tool provided. Each Nutsert withstands over 800-lbs pull and provides the greatest strength to tie in the front body panels. NEUSPEED Strut Tie-Bars fit with all standard factory equipment, and all service work is performed in the normal manner. NEUSPEED was the first... and is by far the best strut tie-bar on the market.

Upper Strut Bars

By tying in the upper suspension points at the shock towers, the strength and rigidity of the chassis increases while the overall handling performance of the vehicle improves. Skunk2 Racing strut tower bars are made from ultra strong and lightweight AL6061-T6 and offer the highest strength-to-weight ratio of any strut bar on the market. Each bar is highly polished and features anodized aluminum brackets.
