All headers have precision fit merge collectors and all joints are TIG welded for durability and appearance.
The DC Sports Headers one piece header is second to none when it comes to performance. The one piece design allows for lighter weight and a cleaner look. All one piece headers features our lightened CNC machine flanges, CNC mandrel bent tubes and TIG welded constructions.
The original DC Sports header. The two piece header is designed for ease of installation with factory like fit. Development for this and all DC Sports headers, was done in house on their Dynamic test systems engine Dyno. Development done on the Dyno ensured that the header makes the most power and torque available.
