Vehicles that are already equipped with factory turbochargers have engines with large potential for power that cannot be fully obtained by using the original turbocharger(s). After upgrading the exhaust, intake, blow-off valve and intercooler and adding more fuel and boost, big gains can be found. HKS Sport Turbo Upgrade Kits replace the limited factory turbo with a HKS Signature Series or GT Series Turbo that will dramatically improve horsepower and torque output. All HKS Sport Turbo Upgrade Kits include an internal actuator (wastegate) to regulate boost pressure and typically bolt directly to the factory manifold.
Certain applications include a downpipe and if a downpipe is not included an HKS factory replacement downpipe can be added for increased power and torque. Certain HKS Sport Turbo Upgrade Kits are CARB exempt under E.O. # D-186-20; others are for strictly off-road use only.
