I am so proud to tell everyone that I got everything from you. You are definitely the best vendor I have dealt with. You not only take care of customers but you also show you care about their car and I think this is really great. I don't know when my next mod will be (money money..) but I promise I will come back to you. Even if I don't see it on the site I would definitely ask you first as well. Also, shipping is fast, unlike some junk companies that may hold the order for few months. I ordered most of my mod. parts here, and all received within 2 weeks, and I am in Canada! Once, I ordered the Comtech spring, When I got them, they were all rear spring without fronts! I email AutoCarParts immediately, and they refunded me the money right away, no question ask, and help me to ship the springs back to Comptech. Very good and reliable service. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

My first buying experience from AutoCarParts.com was great! I received a tracking number and order confirmation via email just minutes after placing my order. The next day my order shipped and I was able to track my package. When I received my order I had some questions about the part and AutoCarParts.com forwarded my questions to the manufacturer without me even asking! One time, I ordered Comptech headers from them and due to Comptech's manufacturing and supply issues the headers were on back order for a month. Without even having to ask Autocarparts.com, I got weekly updates on the status of my order via email. Never at one point did I feel concerned or worried about my order. Customer service is top notch, fast courteous and on time. I had a question about my order so I e-mailed them with my question and literally 30 minutes later it was answered. My order was shipped on time. In the e-mail that AutoCarParts.com sent it included a convenient seven digit tracking number that I could use on their site to track my package.
