The N1 Muffler series has evolved once again! The N1 ExTi (Expert Titanium) offers all the performance and quality of our race proven N1 Exhaust systems plus the incorporation of an ultra light weight titanium muffler section. For years, the N1 Titan has only been available to our customers in Japan; at APEX USA we are very pleased to be able to offer this muffler to the US tuning market under the N1 ExTi name.
The N1 ExTi utilizes full stainless steel piping mated to an immaculately constructed Titanium N1 Muffler. The muffler section features a full titanium canister which discharges through an adjustable length 115mm super heated (burnt) titanium tip. The 5 step adjustment range of the finisher tip is designed to allow users with aero kits the ability to extend or retract the tip to meet the dimensions of the rear bumper.
The N1 ExTi stands as a true lightweight version of the N1 exhaust, successfully blending form with function.

Apexi Exhaust -World Sport Series Exhaust system is designed to conform to the new World standard in quality, style and price. The concept is based on an idea that because a product is affordable, quality and overall feel should not be compromised. The canister is made of the highest grade polished SUS304 stainless steel while the mandrel bent piping consists of high temperature, titanium particle coated mild steel. This muffler has always been the standard for aftermarket street exhaust systems. The oval canister houses a newly designed rolled tip for an extremely high class finish. Interior construction has been fine tuned for even more low to mid-range power. Countless magazine dyno tests have proven the WS exhaust to be one of the best all around exhaust systems on the market. As always, all Apex cat back exhaust systems come complete with all necessary hangers, nuts, bolts, and gaskets.
The World Sport muffler is for the performance enthusiast who has more on their minds than just pure power. This system is designed to provide excellent low and mid range power without excessive noise. The sporty, yet elegant look is made possible by using a polished SUS 304 stainless steel muffler, 60mm titanium particle powder coated mild steel piping, paired with a 100mm (3.93 inch) polished tip. Robotic TIG welds along with precise hand crafted welds ensure maximum longevity and performance. The WS system possesses all of the motorsports passion and intensity associated with APEXi products. This system is ideal for the daily driver car of an enthusiast, or for vehicles that want the high class sporty look without the noise.

Designed for hard tuned, street driven vehicles, the PS Revolutions exhaust pressure activated active valve system provides the hardcore enthusiast with the best of both worlds. The retracting valve is engaged and disengaged based upon exhaust gas pressure. This revolutionary new muffler design allows high powered street cars to maintain a tolerable, and legal, exhaust note at idle and light throttle acceleration while completely disengaging during high throttle, high load situations. Apexi N1 Universal Mufflers

Apexi Mufflers are Universal application muffler canister and tip. Does not incude cat-back piping. Due to the overwhelming popularity and benchmark standard of the N1 Mufflers, it was only natural that this muffler was offered as a universal. Now, the N1 muffler can be enjoyed on virtually any vehicle. Similar to the cat back system, the N1 universal uses premium polished SUS 304 stainless steel constructed using both robotic and hand crafted welding. Straight through design ensures maximum power on properly tuned exhaust systems. The N1 Universal incorporates a 60mm (2.36 in.) inlet and 90mm (3.54 in.) tip for naturally aspirated applications and an 75mm (3 in.) inlet with 115mm (4.53 in.) tip for turbocharged vehicles. The GT System is a FULLY polished stainless steel exhaust utilizing a massive 95mm* (3.74 inches) piping diameter channeled through a 114.3mm (4.5 inch) tip. APEXi proudly stands as one of the only manufacturers in Japan to own and operate a 95mm mandrel pipe bender. An APEXi Silencer is included to suppress exhaust sound output for street applications. Apexi Active Tail Silencer (ATS)
|
The ATS was developed as a high performance evolution to the standard tail pipe silencers available in the market today. While many people enjoy the power gains of a racing exhaust on the track, often times these systems require a silencer to be installed in the tip for use on the street. While sound output can be dramatically lowered using a non-adjustable silencer, unfortunately response and power tend to suffer due to increased exhaust gas restriction. The ATS (Active Tail Silencer) uses the same active valve technology as the PS Revolution exhaust system. The spring loaded valve is engaged and disengaged based upon exhaust gas pressure. This allows for effective sound suppression for the street, without the power loss under high load. Dyno tests have proven power levels to be nearly identical to an exhaust using no silencer at all.
* Please note that, due to the tapered tip of the N1 Evolution exhaust system the ATS Silencer WILL NOT fit properly. This is only true for the N1 EVOLUTION mufflers, all other exhaust systems will fit without problems.

Up until 2005, the WS was only available as a full cat back exhaust system for select vehicles. This meant that many people with vehicles not listed on our application list had to choose to go with a louder universal N1 muffler, or make a custom WS from another vehicles cat back system. Now, with the release of the WS II Universal the classic WS design can be enjoyed by everyone. The WS II comes in two sizes to suit individual needs; the NA version utilizes a 60mm inlet and 105mm tip, while the Turbo version adds extra flow with a 80mm inlet and 115mm tip.
