Clutch Master Stage III FX300 is the perfect clutch for aggressive drivers that still desire smooth engagement. Our Stage 3 clutches utilize a segmented Kevlar disc. This will provide more holding power than Stage 1 & 2, yet it still offers exceptionally smooth driveability and long life. Combined with our aluminum flywheel, this an excellent performance upgrade.

Typical benefits of a lightweight flywheel for various engine types:
- Reduced mass equals increased acceleration.
- A lightweight flywheel works particularly well with turbo-charged engines because it reduces typical turbo lag.
- Increased supercharger efficiency due to less parasitic drag on the crank.
- Improved mid-range torque in a normally aspirated engine due to not having to overcome the heavy weight of a stock flywheel.
- CM uses only 6061-T6 aircraft grade or better billet aluminum in the manufacturer of its flywheels.

Clutch Master Stage I FX100 assembly is designed to provide extended life and superior holding power for cars with moderate power upgrades and/or more enthusiastic driving in abusive conditions. The pressure plate offers 40-65% more clamping force than a stock cover. Most organic discs provided in our assemblies include steel-backed lining to enhance the structural integrity of the material which is complemented by the highest quality hub assemblies available to ensure durability and driveability.

This clutch is designed for the daily driver that desires smooth & effortless transitions. Kevlar clutch kits require a break-in period of 500-750 miles under normal driving conditions.

The Clutch Master Stage 5 FX500 is considered a race-only application. This clutch is not designed for daily-driving. Stage 5 offers a rigid 4 or 6 puck disc without springs. Engagement is immediate. Please be advised that life expectancy is reduced when using race clutches. Please contact Clutch Masters for proper diagnosis prior to the purchase of race-only clutch kits. We commonly find that this clutch assembly is used in street driven applications where large amounts of NOS is being used where budget is an issue.

Clutch Masters Ultra High Performance Twin Disc clutch kits are one of the finest clutches on the market. They have 300-600% more holding capacity than stock. They are found in more 8-9 second drag racing imports than any other brand, yet still maintain a smooth operation that is ideal for a high performance street car. The approximate weight of the clutch is 16lbs, which is nearly 50% of the weight of your factory clutch. The Kit also comes complete with a 6061-T6 aluminum flywheel.
Bonded Organic / Kevlar mix for street applications. This clutch is rated for cars with approximately 600 horsepower. This assembly is designed to provide extended life and superior holding power for cars with high power upgrades and/or more enthusiastic driving in abusive conditions. This is a high performance clutch for the street that was designed to have all the benefits of a race clutch.
