AEM Adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator for Honda/Acura is constructed of 6061 T-6 billet aluminum and is capable of supporting enough fuel flow for engines in excess of 1000 horsepower. The patented interchangeable discharge ports enable the regulator s output to match the output of ANY fuel pump. AEM includes a custom barb fitting to accommodate the factory fuel hose, and the base of the regulator is tapped to accept a -6 AN fitting.
Mounts directly to O.E. fuel rail, or AEM High volume fuel rail. Adjustable from 20 psi to maximum fuel pump capacity. Manufactured and assembled in the USA.

 MotorDyne Engineering Plenum Spacers
|
The Motordyne plenum spacers alleviate an airflow restriction that exists above the first two intake runner inlets. The inside top of the stock plenum is very close to the top of the lower plenum runner inlets. There is only about 1/8 inch clearance between the first two inlets and the plenum cover. This creates a significant air flow restriction that reduces engine breathing and power output.
If the height of the flow area above the runner inlets were increased it by 1/8 inch it would reduce the flow restriction (pressure drop) by a factor of 4. If the height were increased once again by another 1/8 inch or to a total of 1/4 inch it would reduce the pressure drop by a factor of 9. If the plenum were lifted by a total of 3/8 inch it would reduce the pressure drop by a factor of 16. If it lifted by 1/2 inch it will reduce pressure drop by a factor of 25.
Reduction of pressure drop is asymptotic and inversely proportional to flow area. In other words this means the greatest benefit will be realized within the first 1/8 inch of added height. Fluid dynamic theory, dyno data and flow bench test data support this.
As an example, assume the pressure drop above the intake is equal to 3 PSID at high RPM. By raising the plenum even 1/8 inch the pressure drop will decrease to 0.75 PSID. That's a significant inlet pressure recovery that will translate into more horse power!
A 1/4 inch spacer will reduce that same pressure drop to 0.333 psid.
A 3/8 inch spacer will reduce that same pressure drop to 0.1875 psid.
A 1/2 inch spacer will reduce that same pressure drop to 0.120 psid.
Although pressure drop is continually decreasing, the rate of change rapidly diminishes beyond the first 1/4 inch.
The same applies to gained HP. The pressure drop above the runner inlets is so dramatically reduced the added HP gains are also rapidly diminishing.
The attached plots are for three sets of tests 1/2 inch, 1/4 inch and baseline in that order with three pulls each. The results of the 3 pulls per set were then averaged together. These test conditions were very tightly controlled to provide accurate, repeatable results.
Weather the car is NA or FI, the reductions in pressure drop will always be proportional to the air mass flow rate. Thus for a given spacer size, FI applications will see even greater gains due to the higher air mass flow rates.
Weather for NA or FI, nearly any kind of plenum mod is a significant improvement from the stock configuration.

AEM High Volume Fuel Rails feature a 1/2-inch fuel bore capable of flowing enough fuel to support most high-performance engines. This large bore also dampens back pulses created by larger injectors, and works perfectly with stock injector sizes. An additional 1/8th NTP port is included to accomodate a nitrous set up or fuel pressure gauge. A custom fuel line fitting is included for the factory fuel line, and the ends of the rail are pretapped to accept -6 or -8 AN fittings for users with custom fuel lines. No additional parts are required for installation. O.E. fuel pressure regulator, or AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator, mounts directly to rail. Manufactured and assembled in the USA.

The new HD Water/Methanol Injection Kit is specifically designed for turbo-diesel and gas applications and includes multiple jets to suite your car or truck's power needs. The kit reduces air inlet temperatures and EGTs, which allows you to increase boost pressure and advance timing... leading to more power and safer operating conditions!
The HD Water/Methanol Injection Kit includes all the features necessary to do water/meth injection right. No hidden costs or optional components are required. Unlike other popular kits on the market, AEM includes a five-gallon tank with a fluid level sensor standard. Another standard feature is the boost-dependent, variable-flow progressive controller, which determines the amount of water/methanol mixture (up to 50 percent) to feed into the inlet stream. The new five-gallon tank that is included in the HD Water/Methanol Injection Kit measures approximately 21-inches in length, 8-inches in width, and 10-inches in height. The tank is constructed of high-density polyethylene, which is very resistant to chemicals and moisture, making the material ideal for your water/methanol mixture. In addition, mounting the reservoir will be safe and secure with reinforced 1-inch mounting tabs that are located at each corner.
