HKS Exhaust - Hi-Power System
|
Hi-Power Exhaust systems incorporate a race inspired angled mounted stainless steel muffler and piping design for greater flow and higher-PRM power gains. Depending on the application, piping size ranges from 55 to 95mm and utilize tips 96 or 120 mm tips. Please see notes for details on specific models

HKS Exhaust - Titanium Racing Muffler Exhaust
|
For the high 800 -1000 horsepower range applications, HKS offers the Racing Muffler system. Constructed of 102mm diameter -high-luster polished- SUS 304 stainless steel piping and a 170mm Titanium muffler assembly, the Racing Muffler is the lightest system (40 percent lighter than the already race inspired Hi-Power Exhaust system) and the highest flowing exhaust system HKS has to offer. The muffler utilizes a slip-on/latch design that mates the polished stainless steel piping and the lightweight titanium Muffler assembly. All Racing Muffler systems incorporate a 115mm-diameter tip and include a removable baffle insert for pit area use. The Racing Muffler Systems are FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY. |

The new Drager II series, an evolution of the Original Super Drager, incorporates a new slim-line muffler assembly and utilizes a 120mm Drager tip that allows for an optional silencer insert to be used for additional sound dampening. |

HKS Silencers are stainless steel - removable inner silencers insert into the tip section of the muffler to offer an average of 7dB reduction in exhaust noise for most applications.

HKS Drager Axle-Back Exhaust System

The Super Drager Exhaust Systems from HKS are designed using an unchambered SUS 304 stainless steel muffler assembly. Large diameter mandrel bent aluminized steel piping and an etched Drager exhaust tip are trademarks of a Super Drager exhaust. Using extensive computer controlled flow analysis, dyno testing, and precision fitment design, HKS produces maximum horsepower without dramatically depleting low-end torque. Each HKS exhaust system is flanged and comes with all gaskets and hardware to provide the easiest direct bolt on installation possible. Additionally, HKS exhaust systems utilize factory mounting points and hanger locations. |

The 130mm Carbon Ti muffler shell design is available in 60mm piping diameter for use with custom exhaust applications. Each assembly comes with a polished stainless mounting bracket for separate hangers to be welded onto. |
