Super Medalion Hyper Spec Bred from race technology, designed for street-level performance, and geared for clean styling, take the performance to the next level. With an extensive history in developing exhaust systems, the Super Medalion Hyper Spec is an ideal combination of a free-flowing straight-through design for a balance of performance, durability, and style.
Tanabes highly accomplished Research and Development team were able to extract the maximum power potential of each individual exhaust application. Clean sporty exhaust note throughout the rpm range. Simple, straight-through main muffler minimizes backpressure. Constructed of highly polished stainless steel, the Super Medalion Hyper Spec has performance with style.
All Super Medalion Hyper Spec exhaust systems have a simple big-mouth style 115mm (4 1/2in diameter) or 100mm (4in diameter) exhaust tip that fully accentuates the polished oval muffler can. Laser etched HYPER MEDALION graphics finish off the clean straight cut tip.
Featuring mandrel bends, the Super Medalion Hyper Spec is 100 percent SUS304 stainless steel, 1.2mm thickness piping, for maximum weight reduction and optimal durability. Stainless steel is also used throughout the entire system from the exhaust hangers to the main muffler canister for enhanced appearance and increased resistance to the elements. 2.5mm or 7mm flanges are used throughout the exhaust for the various temperature sections. Argon welding is used on all of the stainless steel components. The highly polished finish of the main muffler canister compliments any vehicle\"s appearance.

Racing Spec Muffler
A riveted main muffler allows the muffler section to be overhauled or to facilitate the replacement of the fiberglass packing. Special fiberglass packing is used to dissipate the exhaust reverberations and resists hardening from the extreme temperatures produced by high performance engines. An up-turned exhaust tip, as used on most race cars, gives the exhaust an aggressive rear appearance.

Considerable weight savings are gained on the Ultra Medalion cat-back exhaust system through the use of a lightweight titanium exhaust muffler canister. The tip is swept at an upwards angle and flame torched for that blue titanium aggressive race look. |

Tanabe Exhaust - Tuner Medalion Mufflers
|
Tuner Medalion Universal mufflers for those who wish to create their own custom Tanabe cat-back exhaust system, we are now offering the Tuner Medalion in both the HYPER and RACING style for custom fitments. Each is made to the same high quality standards as our cat-back Medalion exhaust systems with quality stainless steel construction. The Tuner Medalion is perfect for any custom NA or Turbo application. Available in Racing or Hyper trim.
The HYPER style comes laser-etched with the TANABE graphics on the side of the tip, TANABE embossed on the lower section of the muffler canister, and is available only as a 60mm inlet / 100mm tip.
The RACING style has a TANABE plaque welded on the right side of the muffler canister, TANABE logo embossed on the lower section of the muffler, and includes a silencer baffle. It is available for 60mm-90mm size piping, a 120mm-170mm rebuildable silencer section with tip sizes ranging from 90mm-115mm.

Using the all new continuous strand ADVANTEX packing material technology, MEDALION TOURING acheives extremely high levels of exhaust system efficiency, while maintaining a street driveable, extremely low frequency and deep tone that is well under 93db for discreet sports driving.
This system requires no removeable silencer for under 93db operation at all rpms. The extremely deep, low frequency tone keeps in-cabin noise to a minimum.
The full SUS304 stainless MEDALION TOURING features a slim-line oval canister, and a special dual wall, angle-cut tip.

Tanabe Medalion Concept G Blue. Tanave took turbocharged car exhaust tuning one step further in the development of the complete turbo back exhaust, CONCEPT G BLUE.
This complete system includes a full SUS304 stainless downpipe and cat delete pipe that have thicker construction to withstand the heat of extreme exhaust gas temperatures. The catback portion of this system features lightweight SUS304 piping with a specialized full Inconel tip.
This system maximizes flow efficiency for the largest power gains and will greatly benefit vehicles running higher amounts of boost. This system is capable of handling the flow needs of extremely modified vehicles.
