Out of Stock:
If the parts you order are out of stock or backordered, we will attempt to contact you via email within 24 hours.
We will let you know when your order will be available for shipment and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order at no extra charge.
If you choose to wait for the item to become available, you will be subject to restocking fees if you later decide you want to cancel (see Order Cancellation below).
Order Cancellation:
To cancel an order that has been recently been placed, please reply to your confirmation email of your order,
and we will do our best to stop your order from being processed. Take note that as soon as your order is placed, your order goes to processing,
so it is difficult to stop an order, once it has been placed. Please be sure that what you order is what you want.
If your order is already shipped you will first need to take delivery of the order.
Then follow the return instructions below, to receive proper credit.
Phone calls on cancellation and returns will be directed to this page.
Signature Required:
All shipments require signature upon delivery. This is for our protection as well as yours. It prevents fraud and theft of merchandise.
Damaged Goods/Shipping Errors:
Upon receipt of shipment, please inspect cartons immediately and in the presence of the delivery person.
If you receive an incorrect item due to our error, we will issue a UPS tag (where available) at no charge or reimburse you for return shipping
through UPS Ground and we will ship out the correct item as soon as possible. We must be notified of any error within 30 days, as stated in our return policy.
Returns:
In the event that a purchase must be returned, please reply to your order confirmation email, for a Return
Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and returns address.
The address on the shipping label, is not the return address, so wait for instructions, as if return to
the incorrect address, or without RMA #, your return will be refused.
- All returns must have the RMA number clearly written on the shipping
label or box, or the return will be denied.
- Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery.
- Shipping on returned goods is to be paid by the customer.
- Returned items without RMA# the returned shipping charged to us is to be paid by the customer.
- Installed parts cannot be returned. If merchandise shows signs of
installation, the return will be denied.
- Items must be returned in the original box If the customer discards the box
before parts are installed, and a fitment error is found after, the customer must replace the box
to be used for return shipping.
- A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all merchandise returned in
100% resalable condition (clean package, all pieces intact, etc). If
returned goods are not 100% resalable, an additional charge will be
assessed.
Web Site Error:
We do our best to make sure that our site is current and error free. From time to time, there may be an error listed on the site. ACP is not responsible for any text, html or pricing errors. Customers will be charged the correct/adjusted price. We will notify customers if we find an error that will effect their order. They will be asked if they want to continue with the order if it is more than the original amount. Prices are subject to change without notice.
